In Finding Your Way in the Wild, I serve as your guide and partner for the journey, helping you get your bearings, identify and build your resources, and find a confident way toward your version of whole life wellness.
Navigating life with chronic and complex health issues is not a linear process. And no one gives you a map. But I can help you find ways to navigate the twists and turns along the way with more ease, the unfamiliar terrain with more confidence and self-compassion. You don’t have to figure this all out alone.
We’ll work together across 3 months to help you cultivate a more easeful, embodied, aligned life that honors your health condition but is not completely defined by it.

How We’ll Work Together:
1. Initial Deep Dive Session
In our first session, we’ll have 75 minutes to dive deep together to discover where you find yourself right here, right now. We’ll explore questions like:
What is most important to you in this season of your life?
What are your needs and where do you need more support?
Where are you hoping to see change or growth?
What does living well look like to you?
This session includes both self-reflection and conversation. We’re focusing on orientation to where you are and how I can support you. From there, we will begin to collaboratively trace your unique map and figure out next steps along the way.
I’ll also learn more about the details of your health journey up to this point.
2. Weekly Support Sessions
After our initial Deep Dive, we’ll meet on Zoom for weekly 60-minute support sessions (11 total) for about 3 months (of course with flexibility, as I know things come up with health and life).
In these sessions, I will help you learn to meet your body where it is and find new ways to cope and adapt. Every journey looks different, so every session is tailored to what best supports you right where you are.
During our time together, here are some of the things we can focus on:
Learning practical strategies for day-to-day symptom management
Building gentle rhythms and routines to reduce the impact of flares
Setting goals, prioritizing, and aligning your time and energy with your values
Connecting compassionately with your body, even when it goes rogue
Releasing perfectionism and self-judgment and embracing your inner advocate
Caring for your mental health in the midst of uncertain, evolving health situations
Discovering creative, flexible ways to get back to doing the things you love
3. Voice Memo + Email Support
In addition to our 12 sessions together, you can reach out any time between sessions by sending me an email or voice memo.
