As a Coming Back to Body + Breath client, you are invited to discover how mindful movement + embodiment can dramatically improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Movement of body and breath creates a sacred space in which we find, reimagine, connect, and commune with our authentic selves.

During our sessions, I will help you build a set of powerful skills that are fundamental to holistic wellness whether you are a seasoned mind-body practitioner or new to the concept.

How We’ll Work Together


Virtual Movement + Embodiment Sessions

When we first meet, I’ll get to know your experiences, questions, and goals around mind-body practices.

  • What are you hoping to gain through our work together?

  • How do you want to feel on a daily basis?

In our private virtual sessions, we’ll always start with a check-in, so that you can tune in and share how I can best support you. Then we’ll move into guided practices that align with your overall goals as well as your experience in that moment. My overarching goal is to support you in listening to your body and responding with care and confidence.

I will also help you find realistic, sustainable ways to incorporate these practices into your life, so that they can be a powerful part of your “toolbox” for managing chronic symptoms, flares and other challenges.
