If you want to avoid end-of-year overwhelm and navigate the holidays with ease as you take care of your health and whole self, this workshop is for you.
November 21 @ 12pm ET
The end of the year often brings a flurry of activity, from wrapping up projects at work and squeezing in medical appointments to a seemingly endless stream of community, family and other social events.
Of course it can be a lovely and life-giving time as well – with opportunities for togetherness, a sense of celebration, time with loved ones, lots of chocolate!
But in order to enjoy the gifts of the season (and to be afloat come January), protecting your energy is key — especially if you’re dealing with emerging or long-term health issues.
So, you’re invited to opt out of the unhelpful hallmarks of the holiday season: an overly-full schedule, a hurried pace, mounting demands & pressure to do it all.
In this workshop, we’ll explore ways to:
Radically prioritize how you spend your time and energy
Release weighty expectations and the “shoulds” of the season
Adjust and create more ease in your daily habits and routines
Ride the waves of the unexpected, including symptom flares
Navigate talking with others (or not) about your health
You’ll come away with a plan for moving through the next couple months in ways that align with your values and your capacity.
P.S. This workshop will be especially supportive for those navigating any health issue that impacts energy levels (from autoimmune conditions to anxiety and depression).
However, if you don’t live with a health condition and this workshop feels relevant, you’re more than welcome to join!
