I always envisioned there being a way for us to stay connected and keep journeying together after those first 7 weeks.
Iβve heard the desire to keep growing and practicing mindful, self-compassionate ways of managing chronic health issues (and life!).
And the gift of being with others who just get it.

Tending Together
Community Chats:
These gatherings are dedicated to checking in with each other, sharing the struggles and wins. I'll also offer a few journaling prompts for reflecting and setting gentle intentions for the next month.

Mindful Movement sessions:
These sessions feature practices for connecting with your body, including guided relaxation, meditation, and gentle movement. All offered movement options will be reclined and/or seated.

In this cozy community specifically for Root to Rise grads, you have gentle support for intentionally and consistently connecting β with yourself and others.
Tending Together is a quarterly offering aligned with the seasons π βοΈ π· βοΈ, so you can join as life and your schedule allows.
For Winter 2025 (January-March), we'll be gathering on Zoom two Thursdays each month from 7-8pm ET. Here are our easeful rhythms (and dates):

I'll be recording the Mindful Movement sessions and sending them out to you. (Note: The Community Chats won't be recorded so folks can share freely.)

Each Tending Together cycle is 3 months, following the seasons πβοΈπ·βοΈ While we might tweak the schedule from quarter to quarter, this is essentially an ongoing Root to Rise grad community. Youβre welcome to join and/or take breaks as the seasons shift to best meet your needs.
